With over 20 years of experience coaching and training basketball players, Christian saw a fundamental issue in athlete evaluation - players, trainers, and even college coaches were missing a key tool that allows the eye test to be captured and deliver results that truly show where players impact the game.

As a former NCAA-approved scouting service director and a parent who navigated the recruiting process for three daughters in three different sports, Christian understands firsthand what it takes to get noticed, beyond just stats and highlight reels.
