PIT (Put It All Together)
Primary Focus: This session combines all specialty sessions into one. Consider this an overall workout that works for all participants, even those who have not attended core or specialty sessions. Everyone will be brought along at their respective levels while teaching them the speeds they can achieve.
Secondary Focus: Rebounding, Defensive footwork and motions are included.
